Stay at Home...

S t a y h o m e ❤️
In these uncertain times it’s important to keep your mental health strong and try using this time productively if you can. Get creative and keep busy. I’m getting back to reading books I’ve had on my shelves gathering dust as my practice drawing for today shows.
Lots of tips online on how to use this time inside productively including the following:
Meditate,
Exercise from home,
Take on a cleaning project,
Monitor your symptoms,
FaceTime loved ones,
Support small business’ online....
Most of all keep safe and stay at home! ❤️
